The FRINGE AUTO benchtop X-ray diffractometer is a revolutionary solution designed for laboratory automation and high-throughput analysis. It delivers a fully automated workflow—from continuous auto-sampling and unattended operation to intelligent data processing—significantly elevating laboratory intelligence.


Equipped with a high-performance autosampler that holds up to six samples, the FRINGE AUTO enables automatic pickup, precise positioning, rapid measurement, and return—all managed through intelligent software. This eliminates manual handling, boosting equipment utilization and overall lab efficiency.


Despite its high automation, the instrument features advanced X-ray optics and high-sensitivity detectors, ensuring precise phase identification, crystallinity, and crystallite size analysis for applications ranging from powders and thin films to micro-scale samples. The intelligent software integrates queue management, adaptive parameter optimization, automated data processing, and one-click reporting. It is widely used in new materials development (e.g., batteries, photovoltaics), pharmaceutical crystallography, geological and mineral analysis, and cutting-edge academic research.

Autosampler for High-Throughput Analysis

Equipped with an autosampler that supports batch loading of various sample types, including powders, bulk materials, and thin films. With a single loading, continuous measurement is achieved. The system automatically detects whether a sample is in place to avoid empty scans, and autonomously completes the entire process of measurement, data acquisition, and storage. The instrument is compatible with various accessories, such as motorized anti-scatter knife-edge and an spinner stage, and can also be customized to meet user-specific requirements for sample analysis under special conditions.
